Tim Jones, the mastermind behind the concept of IX is a Minnesota-born giant. Standing at 6’5", you will find him banging his head under his 2001 BMW 330i or banging out business deals with key aftermarket German suppliers. Comfortable in a business suit meeting suppliers or in a mechanic suit climbing under client’s cars to grease anti-sway bars; there is no doubt that Tim is a car enthusiast at heart. Tim’s B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College gives him a keen perception of cutting edge technology. Tim's understanding of technology has allowed performanceIX to develop new systems to minimize overhead, maximize efficiency and further the community. Tim continues to lead the performanceIX Team and the IX communities to greatness.

Mark Jurista, a Pennsylvania native, co-founded performanceIX in 2001 with Jordan Buser, Tim Jones, and Nick Stamatellos. As current president of performanceIX, Jurista has been instrumental in extending and developing partnerships with aftermarket german tuning leaders. Jurista has also played a key role in growing performanceIX's online presence and streamlining processes to provide better content to members of the online community. Jurista holds a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College with a strong background in business development and legal strategies.
